I have been fooling with a Whirlpool refrigerator for a week a two, that cools when it wants to and the freezer compartment remains around 1-3 degrees, regardless of the internal refrigerator temperature which has been hovering around 55 degrees. I called Tammy's Appliance repair and spoke with Victor. He had some other commitments and couldn't come out for a day or two, We spoke about my problem and since I'm able to repair a some things he gave me a couple ideas to try until he can free up time to drive out (I live in ranch country out west) in the next day or so. I have not had such a refreshing experience with anyone I have spoken to over the last couple of weeks about this issue. He listened intently and cared about me getting the unit working properly and offered some ideas I could try, until, if he was still needed, could wrap some other commitments up first. Regardless of outcome on this issue I will be calling Victor before I call anyone else for appliance repair or service. Thanks Victor, you and your company operate like things used to be in this country, Customer and Customer Service comes before making a quick buck. Keep it up Bro, I recommend you fully. Just for the record, I still have no idea who you are, either owner or employee, so this is a totally unbiased review!
